Pintados de Pasi is a commemorative festival when the municipality of Passi became the first component city in the Province of Iloilo with the signing of R.A. 8469 by President Fidel V. Ramos. It has a touch of legend and history showing the way of life, work, rites and celebrations of the early Panayanon. Pintados because of the tattoos that covered their body.
